Dear Union: The Strike That Never Works

I have always wondered why the Union bothers with a strike that doesn’t always seem to meet the target point blank? It’s either out of ten conditions Justine or two are being met or none at all and then the strike gets called off eventually. It’s mind boggling!

But, recently I have been pondering why in the world the Union would place the cart before the horse! Yes! In my humble opinion that is what they are doing. In a time when the country’s citizens face harsh economic realities, the Union leader and his members jump on the bandwagon of minimum wage. It’s a bit ridiculous to me because last time I checked, minimum wage, with due respect, while a brilliant idea would not be enough on its own unless atrocious food prices are tackled first!
