In its bid to provide decent as well as affordable but high-profile houses for seekers of luxurious homes, a real estate development company that specialises in the construction of luxury structures, NesVixion Properties has called for a stronger collaboration between the government, stakeholders and private developers in the built environment.
The Business Development Manager of NesVixion, Nneka Claire Akwarandu, who spoke to the media in Abuja, said that confronting Nigeria’s housing deficit could not be handled by the government alone.
Akwarandu, while commending the housing ministry’s implementation of the Renewed Hope Programme which she said was designed to offer various purchasing options to Nigerians, also said government alone could not confront the growing housing deficit of over 26 million, without joining forces with private developers.
She revealed that NesVixion concentrated in the delivery of classic work pieces, and specialises in developing complete state of the art smart homes without leaving anything out.
She further revealed that her company had prioritised posh site locations and culturally sensitive architecture with a vision to blend modern luxury with timeless design.
“As the demand for trustworthy real estate developers continues to rise, NesVixion Properties stands out as a name synonymous with quality, professionalism, and innovation. With every project, it moves closer to redefining the future of Nigerian real estate—one timeless structure at a time”, she said.
