Ogah said the transformers shall be distributed to different communities of his constituency and expressed regret that some communities in the constituency have been without power supply for some time.

The power outage in some of the communities has crumbled businesses while those still trying to survive are finding it difficult to survive following the high cost of Petrol in the state which is currently sold at N500 per litre.

“This is the second time I am distributing 500KVA transformers to my constituency because I believe it is their right to enjoy dividends of democracy after electing me to represent them at the National Assembly.

“It is part of my commitment in the area of rural electrification and in fulfilment of my vow that my constituency would witness more developments from the federal government under my leadership as their Reps member.

“Again, I am a child of light and in obedience to the commandment of God in Genesis 1:3, which says ‘And God said, let there be light… and there was light. And God saw the light, and it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness,” Ogah said.
