The chief executive officer of B-Lord Group of Companies and Bill Point App, Dr. Linus Williams Ifejika, has advised Nigerian youths to embrace hardwork, diligence and consistency in their endeavours.

He gave the advice at the 37th Annual General Meeting and awards and gala night in Enugu, organised by the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), South-East zone at the weekend.

Dr. Ifejika (BLord) is a pioneer Nigerian tech entrepreneur whose work is in crypto currency, real estate and digital finance.

He said professionals often attribute success to their alent or natural ability or being gifted in their fields. He, however, added that he had learnt from his experiences that for one to become successful, hard work, diligence and consistency are keys to achieve that.

Dr Linus Ifejika, who was recently awarded an honorary doctorate degree by St. Paul University Awka, in Anambra State, stated that while Nigerian youths pursued talents, they should also add hardwork.

He added, “I have since realised that hard work is more important than talent in achieving success.
