A Lagos-based estate development company, EUC Homes Ltd, has expressed concern over the increase in activities of land grabbers and racketeers across Nigeria and warned innocent citizens to take precautions in all land transactions.

Through its press secretary, Mr Joshua Elekwachi, who addressed journalists in Lagos during the EUC Homes allocation of land to subscribers, it condemned the activities of land grabbers and racketeers.

Elekwachi said the firm had continued to hold unto credibility by allocating lands to deserving subscribers, which if emulated would address the sharp practices in the industry.

He said, “We have successfully carried out allocation for subscribers in Ibeju Royal Court, Brooksville, Lagoon and Ocean Wood Courts. All customers who previously bought lands in the estates got their allocation in confirmation of the proficiency we are known for.”

While calling on Nigerians interested in making investment in lands to always be on alert to avoid falling into wrong hands, he informed that his company has the track record as a trendsetter, that has always prioritised satisfaction of clients, stressing that is why they have made it a routine to allocate lands.
