Ahead of the three-day Beauty West Africa commencing on November 29, 2022, the organisers say over 220 exhibitors confirmed their participation.

With this figure, the organisers, BtoB Events have declared that it would be the biggest show yet.

According to the firm, the show would require three exhibition halls at the Landmark Centre on Victoria Island, Lagos.

In a statement issued by BtoB Events yesterday, it said the first exhibitors would come from Nigeria and around the world. It listed them as manufacturers, suppliers and distributors from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America, which will do business with Nigeria’s beauty, hair and cosmetics businesses.

This is the fourth edition of Beauty West Africa, which will also feature previous exhibitors and welcome several new companies.

The firm’s managing director Jamie Hill said he looks forward to greeting exhibitors old and new, and particularly those from Nigeria.

Hill said, “Beauty West Africa 2022 will welcome a record number of Nigerian exhibitors, which is a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit of the Nigerian people and sector.

“Despite various challenges being faced in the local economy (such as inflation and devaluation of the naira) these Nigerian businesses are actively continuing to invest in activities designed to boost their revenue and exporting capacities,” he said.

“We are delighted to welcome national pavilions from no less than five countries at this year’s exhibition and conference, furthering our mission to bring the world of beauty to Nigeria.

“…Other attractions at the event are seminars, demonstrations and a beauty conference, as well as visits by key beauty celebrities and influencers,” Hill said.
