Experts To Discuss Business Access To Funding In Africa

Business leaders and investors in Africa will on December 4th, 2024, converge on Lagos, to discuss how businesses in Africa can access cheap funding.

The business leaders will speak at the annual Mentor Matchup Challenge 6.0 (MMC 6.0), titled, “Building Resilient Industries,” will also discuss how businesses can stay afloat in an uncertain business climate, the industry experts will also share insights on scaling businesses.

According to the organisers, the event will also feature the Indigenous Industries Exhibition, showcasing African brands and offering participants an opportunity to engage with some of Africa’s influential business leaders and investors.

The statement further stated that entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders from Africa’s Energy, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Trade and Retail, and Fashion and Textile sectors to connect, collaborate, and tackle the challenges of scaling and sustaining businesses across the continent.

Among the speakers confirmed for MMC 6.0 are renowned business leaders from Ethiopia, Ghana, South Africa, Mozambique; Ngozi Ekeoma, group managing director of Nepal Energies; NJ Ayuk, executive chairman of the African Energy Chamber; Adesuwa Okunbo Rhodes, founder and managing partner of Aruwa Capital Management.
