Meet Ms Adeleke, the Group Managing Director of 02 International Group, a real estate development and construction consultancy company that offers clients world-class professional services in real estate, construction, financing, and marketing.

With a passion for transforming the real estate landscape in Nigeria and globally, Ms Adeleke has expanded the company’s core competencies to include affordable and luxury housing, hotels, luxury serviced apartments, facility management, and infrastructure.

Born into a family of medical practitioners, Ms Adeleke started her professional career in real estate with Lorch Properties, where she negotiated acquisitions of over 4.9 million square feet of commercial properties. She later joined Penthouse Properties in Abuja as a Marketing Executive, facilitating the buying and selling process of properties with an average yearly sales volume of over $200 million.

Ms Adeleke, who is a medical doctor, was trained in the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York, USA. She is also an alumna of the Kwara State Polytechnic, where she obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation. Ms Adeleke is an avid lawn tennis player, board game enthusiast, and swimmer in her leisure time.
