Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Fintiri has donated N10 million to Alhaji Ibrahim Mai-Engine Oil, a victim of fire disaster and others who lost 300 drums of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) last Wednesday.
Fintiri during a sympathy visit to the scene of the inferno yesterday, warned people of the state against hoarding inflammable substances to avert similar fire disasters in the state.
He cautioned against bush burning and indiscriminate felling of trees, especially this season when harmattan has set-in.
One of those affected by the fire disaster, Babangida Saidu, commended the governor for his financial support and promised to use the donation for other businesses to sustain their families.
