In a bid to reduce the affordable housing challenge in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Webmark Group has pledged to provide housing solutions through various flexible plans.
The organisation made the announcement during its annual Customer Appreciation and Gala Night, where it outlined a vision to expand access to affordable housing within the FCT and beyond.
The event, held in Abuja, saw the real estate firm reward its patrons with gifts and assurances, framing the evening as a reflection of its core business philosophy.
The project director of Webmark Group, Engineer Tunmishe Adepoju, emphasised the company’s commitment to its clients.
“We are appreciating our customers who have done business with us this year, 2025. That is our usual practice.
“We hope to let our customers know that we appreciate them for patronizing us, for the trust they have in us, and that their investment is always secure with us,” he said.
Reflecting on the year, Adepoju added, “So far, so good. We thank God. We have done quite well, and all our customers are happy. That is the most important thing to us.
“The vision is to do more for our customers: to ensure first that their investment is appreciated and secure, and then to help more people move into their homes.
“Basically, we provide affordable housing solutions. We want it to be as affordable as possible so that even low-income earners can afford it, as we have done for quite a number of them, many of whom are already living in their houses.”
Addressing a major concern for prospective buyers, land grabbing and documentation, Adepoju said, “It has reduced drastically since the new administration. Once your titles are in order, anyone trying to cause trouble is just wasting their time.
“The government is doing a lot in that area. It’s basically a process of investigation that has to take its course. We ensure due diligence to ascertain the real owner.”
While speaking on the social impact arm of the group, Dr. Michael Maha, a partner and trustee of the organisation said, “I like the way the foundation operates; it is an arm of the group that gives back to society.”
Maha, a retired director from the Federal Ministry of Health, added, “They are not just acquiring land; they are contributing to society through the Webmark Foundation, which supports health and health initiatives. That is why I am involved as a medical doctor.”
The appreciation resonated deeply with customers such as Emmanuel Onalo, who was honored at the event.
“I opted for the flexible three-month payment plan, and I would say that is one of the best decisions I made in 2025. The flexible payment plan is a game-changer.
“This is the first time I am seeing a company appreciating someone for buying land with them. I feel deeply honored,” he said.
