In a bold move to tackle food access and delivery challenges in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja’s fastest-growing food delivery platform, Wakafoods Express, has launched an ambassadorial program targeting grassroots change-makers.
The initiative which coincided with the birthday of its Managing Director, Mr. Emmanuel Eromosele marked a double celebration of impact and innovation.
During the event, the firm officially unveiled a select group of community leaders as Brand Ambassadors, empowering them to carry the message of food accessibility and doorstep convenience to their neighborhoods.
These ambassadors, drawn from various local communities across Abuja, are expected to be the voice of a new movement – one that brings fast, safe, and affordable meals closer to everyone.
Speaking during the event, the MD, Mr. Emmanuel Eromosele said “We believe food should never be a luxury or hard to access. Whether you’re at home or an office, food must find you where you are — that’s the Wakafoods promise.
“This strategic move isn’t just about marketing, it’s about community empowerment, job creation, and bridging the gap between vendors, users, and technology,” he explained.
