Renowned real estate firm, Zularich Properties, has promised to bridge the growing housing deficit gap in Lagos State.

This when disclosed when it handed over some housing units to new home owners at its newly completed Zularich Residences Phase 2 in its expansion drive along the Lekki-Epe axis of Lagos, reinstating its commitment to real estate growth and excellence.

In a recent ceremony at the estate located at Monastery Road, Sangotedo, Lagos, the company also unveiled a new luxury housing development project, Zularich Signature, aimed to fulfilling its promise to bridge the housing deficit in the State.

The Sangotedo corridor continues to attract real estate investors because it offers a strategic mix of rapid price appreciation, improving infrastructure, strong rental demand, and commercial activity.

Commissioned in November 2025, Zularich Residences phase 2 is a gated residential enclave consisting multiple units of 2-bedroom glass houses, 2-bedroom apartments, and 4-bedroom terrace duplexes

Speaking at the grand style ceremony, the CEO of Zularich Properties, Dr. JohnPaul Enemuoh, said the event representd a milestone achievement for the brand because this is their second finished residential luxury project in the Sangotedo area.

“Today we are proud to be handing over the keys of these magnificent structures to our amiable subscribers. They already see that their money is working for them, they can testify that the trust placed on our brand is a good one, because we keep to our words and promises. This is a dream come true for our subscribers.”

Dr. Enemuoh also unveiled the prototype of structures for the brand’s next mega project currently being developed. He said the estate is almost 50 per cent complete, and will be launched into the market in a few months time.

“The Zularich Signature is a fully automated home. It’s a smart home consisting of 3-bedroom terrace duplexes with BQ, fully solar powered, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) configured home. It’s a home that can communicate with you and understand your native language. This masterpiece is the first of its kind in this corridor, and it’s located very close to our phase 1,” he added.

The President of the Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG), Dr. Emmanuel Abikoye, commended the strides made by Zularich Properties in the real estate sector, noting that, “this milestone achievement is worth celebrating because it helps in reassuring investors confidence in the industry.”

“When we are handing over houses, and delivering on promises to all our subscribers, we also need to make a whole lot of noise about it, so they can see we still have credible developers that still exist in the real estate sector. On behalf of the leadership of BRG, and over 120,000 realtors, I want to say to say a big congratulations to the MD/CEO of Zularich Properties,” Dr. Abikoye emphasized.

Also, speaking at the event, the BRG Portfolio Manager, Dr. Laide Okubena, thanked all the subscribers for making Zularich Residences phase 2 their number one choice, acknowledging the fact that choosing a home is more than just infrastructure.

“We are not just handing over keys to houses, we are handing over keys to new chapters, secure futures, and the joy of home ownership. You are the reason we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with one of the most significant investments in your life,” Dr. Okubena stated.

According to one of the new buyers, Mr. Kolawole, who acquired one of the 4-bedroom terrace duplexes, the company was patient and understanding through the whole process which is very commendable.

“I like the fact they are genuine and real because I did this with the financing of a bank, and they were patient unlike other property sellers. They showed empathy and understood that some buyers might need to finance it through bank loans,” said Mr. Kolawole.
