Firms Partner Rotary To Boost Economic Growth Through SDGs

Anthrop Management Limited a management consulting and training company in partnership with Rotary Club Olumo Sunrise has organised a successful sustainability business training on SDGs to boost economic growth in the African continent.

The training recognises the critical advantages and importance of sustainable practices, in the learning series aims to empower professionals and organisations to contribute to a more sustainable future for the Nigerian economy and global community.

Speaking earlier, the lead consultant / CEO Anthrop Management Ltd. Dorcas James, highlighted that the vast number of registered participants from diverse industries and countries learnt about sustainable HR practices and SDGs for business sustainability respectively.

She reiterated that the event on the theme: “Environment Sustainability and Green HR” plays a critical importance on business sustainability with SDGs in relation to the role of HR. Integrating SDGs into organisational strategy and culture in developing sustainable workforce practices and ensuring compliance with environmental and social regulations to creating a culture of sustainability and responsibility was also emphasised.

She further said, over 80 participants from Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, USA, Aland Islands, Albania, Belize, Portugal, and other countries, representing various industries, including health, technology, education, government, energy distribution, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, legal, education and other critical sectors registered for the event.
