Fuel scarcity has returned to Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi State capital.

Investigation conducted yesterday by LEADERSHIP Friday  showed that of over the 50 stations in the state capital, only four were attending to customers who were mostly vehicle and motorcycle owners as well as farmers.
