Deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, has said that the troublesome nature of Kano State and it’s violence outlook, had since become a thing of the past under the efforts of Governor Abdullahi Umar  Ganduje.

Garo said Kano has become a safe haven to not only its neighbouring states but for many Nigerians within and beyond the state.

The APC candidate said Kano had witnessed many people trooping to the state to own their houses because of the peace and harmony achieved in eight years of Ganduje’s administration.

“There is no exaggeration that today Kano is the most peaceful state in Nigeria, with many citizens regardless of their tribes and religion becoming inhabitants in the State, and this happened in just the last Eight years of Ganduje’s administration”.

Garo said apart from peace and security, one would attest to the fact that the monumental Infrastructural development the state is enjoying today under Ganduje Government, had never happened before in Kano.

He therefore assured that if elected their Government under Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna as governor of the state would continue where Ganduje stopped.

Sule Garo said, “for those who thought we are violent they should look back and see former Kano and what is obtained now, and please they should do justice to themselves, certainly there are enormous  and significant changes”.

The APC chieftain assured that Kano is now a mega city based on the tremendous architectural and improved infrastructure Ganduje brought to the state.
