Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State has arrived at the 17th Annual LEADERSHIP Conference and Awards ceremony holding at the Old Banquet Hall, State House, Abuja, on Tuesday.
The governor arrived at about 10:19am, accompanied by an entourage of State officials and political supporters.
Governor Namadi is billed to receive the prestigious ‘Governor of the Year’ Award, in recognition of his leadership and developmental strides in Jigawa State.
The event, which brings together key political and business figures from across the country to celebrate excellence in governance, leadership, and public service, is themed ‘Challenges and Opportunities in Nigeria’s Fiscal Federalism’.
Vice President Kashim Shettima is the keynote speaker at the event.
