Gov Yusuf Condoles With El-Rufai Over Mother’s Death

Kano State governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the mother of former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai.

In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Sunusi Dawakin Tofa, the governor described the loss as painful, noting that the death of a mother leaves a profound void in the lives of her children and loved ones.

Governor Yusuf extended his heartfelt condolences to El-Rufai, his family and the people of Kaduna State over the loss.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus and give the family the strength to bear what he described as an irreparable loss.

The governor also urged the bereaved family to take solace in the exemplary life lived by the deceased and her contributions to society.

Yusuf emphasised the importance of patience and faith during moments of grief, encouraging the family to remain steadfast.

He assured Mallam El-Rufai of his heartfelt thoughts and prayers during this difficult time and urged friends, associates, and well-wishers to support the family with compassion and solidarity.
