Founder and CEO of Outsource Global, Amal Hassan, has urged graduating students of Noble Hall Leadership Academy to remain focused, be resilient and build meaningful connections via nurturing relationships with people from diverse backgrounds to become a valuable network.

This is even as Amal urged the graduating students to embrace lifelong learning by staying curious, learning, and adapting to new situations.

Hasan, who stated while addressing the 2023 graduating class of the Academy in Abuja yesterday, said her unwavering determination to create job opportunities for Nigerians brought her to Johns Hopkins University in DC, where she presented her vision.

She emphasised that this pivotal moment opened doors in San Francisco, where she secured a groundbreaking deal to outsource customer service operations to Nigeria
Amal also shared her story from humble beginning in Kano, Nigeria.

Despite initial challenges, including early marriage and raising a family, she founded an ICT Training Centre in 2003 with a clear aim: to equip Nigerian youth with IT skills, inspired by India’s success in business process outsourcing (BPO).

She added that despite facing scepticism and setbacks, she persevered, relocating from Kano to Kaduna and eventually Abuja. She noted that today, her company employs over 2,000 individuals and proudly serves international clients.

Hassan attributed her success to unwavering faith, steadfast values, and a commitment to creating value for others.

Reflecting on her journey from a small town to global recognition, she highlighted the resilience and transformative power of faith and determination.

The founder urged the graduating class to embrace her mantra: “ Success is not confined by traditional limits but forged through perseverance and a belief in one’s ability to make a difference.”
