Hajj: 313 First Batch Of Kwara Pilgrims Arrive Ilorin

The first batch of Muslim pilgrims from Kwara State, on Friday, returned from Saudi Arabia, where they had gone to perform this year’s hajj.

The pilgrims numbering 313 arrived at the Babatunde Idiagbon International Airport, Ilorin, via Air Peace plane with number APK 7911.

The pilgrims were led by two female officials of the State’s Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Hajia Hassana Ahmed and Hajia Otunyo Habibat.

The chairman of the Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Prof. Mashood Mahmud-Jimba, assured that the remaining pilgrims would be airlifted in accordance with the schedule of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) .
