Hallmark HMO Boss To Discuss Internet Of Things, Accessible Healthcare

The managing director, Hallmark HMO Limited, Mrs. Oladotun Adeogun, will today, Friday, September 29, 2023, be the moderator of session in the Insurance Meets Tech (IMT) holding in Lagos, where discussion centres around Internet of Things, Health Management Organisations(HMOs) and Accessible Healthcare for Nigeria.

The conference organisation is leveraging on her experience to do justice to the theme, especially, at a time healthcare services are taking a new dimension being aided by technology.

Hence, she would be moderating  the session  with speakers such as, Chief Executive Officer, Leadway Health Limited, Dr. Tokunbo Alli; Managing Director Health Partners HMO, Dr. Olumuyiwa Olusanya; Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, GeroCare Solutions Limited, Ebi Ofrey and Chief Executive Officer, Axa Mansard Health, Tope Adeniyi.

Mrs. Adeogun attended the Polytechnic Ibadan where she obtained her HND in Accountancy before proceeding to the University of Ibadan for a Masters in Personnel Psychology.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

She started her working career with an Audit firm before delving into People Management Practice. She worked in the capacity of Human Resources Management and Administration with Linkserve Limited and Financial Institutions Training Centre before joining the Insurance Industry.

As the pioneer HR Manager of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, Oladotun played a key role in the merger and acquisition of the company during the 2007 insurance industry recapitalisation. She set up the HR policy and processes and championed the cultural reorientation of the new entity. From 2008 her role expanded to manage Corporate Communications, Legal and Administration.

She has over 15 years’ experience as a Human Resources Practitioner before joining Hallmark Health Services Limited. As the Managing Director of Hallmark Health Services, she has successfully positioned the company to another level.

Through her leadership, the HMO hosts industry leaders for an annual stakeholders engagement which focuses on how health care can be enhanced in Nigeria.

She was one of the Stream I Mentee of the WISCAR Mentoring Programme. Ever since she has mentored several ladies in HR and career generally. She has acquired several relevant certifications and training programmes to enhance her competencies amongst which are SHRM-SCP, AMP 26 (LBS).

As an alumnus of Lagos Business School Oladotun has mentored many MBA students and helped to redefine their career goals.

Oladotun has facilitated several sessions on HR and Leadership at various groups and associations.

She seats on the board of some firms amongst which are CBHR Consulting Service and Hangoutwithtee. She  a member of the Advisory Council of AEHRP and a member of The WISCAR Advisory Board committee on  Finance.
