Haven Homes Lauds Oba Elegushi Over Support For Estate Development

The chief executive officer of Haven Homes, Mr Tayo Sonuga of Lagos has applauded His Royal Majesty (HRM) Oba Alayeluwa Saheed Ademola Elegushi Kusenla III of Ikate Kingdom, Lekki in Lagos State, for supporting the completion of Richmond Pearl Estate.

The estate is located in Ikate, Lekki in Lagos State.

Sonuga recalled that the eminent monarch has always supported the project from the inception and had created a conducive and peaceful environment for the developers to thrive in his Ikate Kingdom.

Sonuga spoke when Oba Elegushi recently made a surprise visit to the newly completed Richmond Pearl Estate located in his kingdom.

In a statement issued by Sonuga, the famed lifestyle developer and promoter of the project, said the Kabiyesi (monarch) was accompanied on the visit by his friend, Chief Hakeem Bolarinwa.

Oba Elegushi was received by the Haven Homes’ team made up of Sonuga, the managing director, Mrs Ufuoma Ilesanmi and the technical director, Mr Babajide Olowu.

Oba Elegushi and his entourage were taken round the vast estate including the multi-storey Maisonette blocks.

Sonuga shared his vision with the king that had been translated on the ground and acknowledged the grace and mercy of God that led to the success. He said, “At Haven Homes, the future is not just imagined, it’s being built one brick, one vision at a time.”
