Highest-Grossing Anime Gets Immersive Games Release

‘Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle’, the highest grossing anime movie ever, is getting an immersive games release.

The game is aimed at keeping fans of the anime feature released in 2025, entertained while they anticipate the parts 2 and 3, projected to release in 2027 and 2029.

According to Screen Rant, ‘Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle: 4DX Breathing Enhanced Edition’ released February 20, 2026, in Japan theatres is an environmental immersive experience featuring moving seats, controlled water details like mist, wind, or fog, among other gimmicks. 4DX is meant to transport Demon Slayer fans to the climactic clash at Muzan’s domain.

It, alongside the multi-projection, panoramic 270-degree ScreenX release, is the latest ultra-premium way to enjoy anime’s biggest movie ever.

‘Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 2’ has yet to confirm its release window, with the likeliest update to come in March for AnimeJapan 2026. The first movie covered 18 chapters of the story.
