“I See Him Every Day Beside Me” — Taiwo Adegbodu’s Twin Brother Speaks On Singer’s Death

Kehinde Adegbodu, the twin brother of late gospel singer Taiwo Adegbodu, has emotionally opened up about the painful loss of his brother months after his passing.

Recall that reports emerged in March announcing the death of the gospel singer, who reportedly died in the middle of the night.

Speaking during an interview with media personality Biola Bayo, Kehinde admitted that he is still struggling to accept the reality of Taiwo’s death, revealing that it still feels like a dream to him.

According to him, he still sees his late twin “beside him” at events and often visits his graveside alongside their band members to speak with him.

Kehinde also disclosed that he and Taiwo shared an unusually close bond, noting that they got married on the same day and welcomed all their children in the same month.

Expressing his grief, he said he never imagined losing his brother at such a young age, especially because Taiwo was active and healthy on the day he died.

He further revealed that someone recently contacted him with a warning that prayers should be made so he would not die like his twin brother.

“To me personally, I don’t believe my twin, Taiwo, is dead because I see him every day beside me. Each time we have an event, my bandmates and I go to his graveside to speak to him,” he said.

Kehinde added that the sudden death of his brother continues to leave him confused and heartbroken, especially as none of the spiritual leaders around them foresaw it.

“I never thought of losing Taiwo at that tender age. Taiwo was so active the day he died; it still looks like a dream to me. I haven’t recovered from the shock, but I am believing God for strength,” he added.
