Speaking after his induction, the International Spokesman of IAWPA, Amb. Emmanuel Nkweke, hailed Jumoby D.A. for championing peace and sustainable development.

His foundation Jumoby D A Foundation focuses on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 8, and 16 which align perfectly with IAWPA’s mission to promote peace, justice, and strong institutions.

Amb Nkweke said through his foundation, Amb. Jumoby D.A has implemented initiatives aimed at reducing poverty and improving living standards for marginalised communities. His efforts have also contributed to increased access to resources, education, and economic opportunities.

“Amb. Jumoby D.A’s foundation has also supported entrepreneurship, vocational training, and job creation programs, empowering individuals to secure decent work and promote economic growth,” the statement said.

IAWPA also said by promoting peace, justice, and strong institutions, Amb. Jumoby D.A’s foundation has contributed to create a more stable and secure environment, enabling communities to thrive and reach their full potential.

As an Eminent Peace Ambassador, Amb. Jumoby D.A is expected to, among others, promote peace and sustainable development by continuing to advocate for peace, justice, and strong institutions, and support initiatives that align with the SDGs.

He is also expected to collaborate with stakeholders by working with governments, civil society, and other stakeholders to advance peace and sustainable development goals.
