The lecture is a prominent Nigerian public policy forum focusing on governance, leadership, and national development, held annually in honour of former secretary-general of the Commonwealth of Nations, Chief Emeka Anyaoku.

A statement made available to LEADERSHIP in Port Harcourt yesterday by Ambassador Johnson Ogbonna, said that the lecture will hold on April 9, 2026 at the Rock View Hotel, Owerri, Imo State.
