The APC Grassroots Governance Group APC G3 has described the ongoing reforms in the oil sector as commendable and a step in the right direction.

The group stated this in reaction to the commencement of operations at the Port-Harcourt refinery on Tuesday.

The APC national coordinator, Hon. Amechi Chuks Oyema, who signed the press release, said sceptics who never believed it had been proven wrong.

APC G3 said the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu administration is on course and has, without noise, made remarkable impacts across the country.

According to the group, “The commencement of operations at the Port-Harcourt refinery is a testament that President Bola Tinubu is determined to keep his promise of a thorough reform in the oil sector.

“Just a few days ago, we got reports that through the collaborations of stakeholders, our oil production has increased.

“APC G3 wishes to reassure Nigerians that President Tinubu is very concerned about the current pains and is working round the clock to bring succour to our people.

“We have always believed in his capacity to deliver on his mandate.

The Group urged Nigerians to be patient, saying that at the onset of GSM in the country, SIM cards were very expensive but gradually became affordable for the common people.

“APC G3 believes, too, that very soon petrol will come without the present pains. We urge Nigerians to believe, trust and support the present administration,” the group added.
