Independence Day: Tinubu To Address Nigerians Wednesday Morning

President Bola Tinubu will on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, deliver a nationwide broadcast to mark Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary.

The broadcast, scheduled for 7 a.m., will be aired on the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN).

In a statement on Tuesday, the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, urged all television and radio stations, as well as other electronic media outlets, to hook up to the national broadcast.
