The Institute of Leadership Assessment and Development (ILAD) has announced a groundbreaking Two-Day Public Lecture Series in honour of His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, Executive Governor of Kaduna State.
The event, designed to strengthen leadership understanding, deepen civic engagement, and promote inclusive governance, will hold its first edition on 1st-2nd January 2026 at Wonderland Hotel, Kafanchan, Kaduna State.
The programme’s theme is, “Transforming Governance: The Intersection of Innovation, Inclusion, and Leadership Excellence”
In a statement issued yesterday, Hon. Baba Ransome Adamu stated that this landmark event marks the beginning of a three-zone lecture series, which will span the Kaduna North, Kaduna Central, and Kaduna South Senatorial Districts. This unprecedented initiative aims to expand public participation and foster unity across the state.
Following an independent leadership assessment conducted by ILAD, Governor Uba Sani’s administration emerged as one demonstrating innovative policy direction, strong pro people initiatives, and a deep commitment to inclusive governance.
The Public Lecture Series is therefore conceived to spotlight these achievements while providing a platform for constructive dialogue on the future of leadership in Kaduna State.
The event will feature an array of distinguished personalities including:
Rt. Hon. Yusuf Dahiru Liman — Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly (Guest of Honour), Senator Sunday Marshall Katung — Chief Host, Hon. Daniel Amos — Host, Hon. Gabriel Saleh Zock — Guest/Host, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas — Speaker, House of Representatives, National Assembly (Special Guest of Honour), Gen. Christopher Gwabin Musa (rtd.) — Special Guest of Honour, and Dr. Balarabe Lawal — Minister of Environment (Chairman of the Occasion)
