Inter Could Renew Lookman Interest Amid Potential Summer Clear-Out

Italian giants Inter Milan could revive their pursuit of Ademola Lookman if they proceed with key player sales this summer, according to transfer expert Paolo Paganini.

Paganini suggested that Inter’s transfer plans may hinge on the futures of Marcus Thuram and Alessandro Bastoni, with both players attracting interest across Europe. A profitable double exit could provide the financial flexibility required to reignite a move for Lookman.

“If Inter lets Thuram go and makes a profit from the sale of Bastoni, they can bring back Ademola Lookman. I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried again,” Paganini said in an interview reported by Mundo Deportivo.

The journalist further revealed that Thuram’s representatives are already exploring potential destinations, with clubs in Germany and England monitoring the situation closely. “Thuram’s agent is touring Germany and England; he’s one of the players who will likely leave,” he added.

Lookman, who recently completed a move to Atletico Madrid from Atalanta during the January transfer window, remains highly rated across Europe following his impressive performances in Serie A.
