“Audacia leads the market with estates like Adunni: Nigeria’s first exquisite residential resort and game city, which was built to give you a homely experience beyond comfort. This estate has appreciated over 200% in less than a year and has made investors billions of naira worth in property value.

“The Auda-city: A premium housing estate that is built to last. A property that suits your perfect home needs, be it through breathtaking views, outdoor activities, or a vibrant community.”

On design specific design at the estate, he  said, “There are no specific building designs in the estate. Our residents have been given the full authority to be creative with their homes and buildings. We don’t believe in limits to innovative desire.

“Once all your documents have been transferred to you, the power to resell has also been granted.

“However, we do not have a specific time guarantee for the resale of your property. We also help customers resell their properties after some time, but there are terms to it.

“The estate and its environs have a development expectation plan. Full development and infrastructure will be visible in a few years.

“However, you can start building on your plot before that time.

“The roads leading to Montana Phase 3 are motorable and very accessible. The estate faces a massive six-lane expansion road in Epe.”
