At least one person was killed on Friday as heavily armed men invaded some commercial banks in Otukpo local government area of Benue State shooting sporadically at anyone in sight.

Our correspondent gathered that the gunmen, whose faces were covered, moved from Bank to Bank to carry out the robbery.

Some eyewitness, who pleaded anonymity, said the robbers who were about five in number stormed the Banks and overwhelmed the security personnel.
