Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has arrived at the alternate venue of the State House of Assembly on Wednesday to present the state’s 2024 budget estimates.
The development comes amid crisis rocking the State House of Assembly.
The budget presentation session is being presided over by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie.
Recall that the State Executive Council (SEC) had, during an emergency meeting on Monday, approved the sum of N800billion for the 2024 budget.
