Ousted Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, the current speaker Mojisola Meranda and all the other members of the House are currently holding a meeting outside the chamber on Monday.
The meeting is being held ahead of a plenary earlier scheduled for 1pm.
LEADERSHIP understands that leaders of the state chapter of the All Progressives Congress, including chairman, Cornelius Ojelabi, and the state’s Attorney General, Lawal Pedro (SAN) were also at the meeting.
Obasa arrived around 1:30pm to join the lawmakers at the meeting being held under a tent.
At the moment, Obasa, Meranda, Ojelabi, and the AG have moved away from the rest of the lawmakers to hold another separate meeting.
