President Bola Tinubu has arrived at the National Assembly complex on Wednesday to present the proposed 2024 budget to a joint sitting of the National Assembly.
Tinubu, who arrived a few minutes past 11am, in company of some Ministers and top aides, was ushered into the temporary chamber of the House of Representatives, venue of the budget presentation.
The N27.5trillion Appropriation Bill is the first to be presented by President Tinubu since his assumption of office on May 29, 2023.
The budget presentation ritual is already underway with the rendition of the National Anthem and opening prayers.
