Kaduna Gov Sacks Info Commissioner, Names Maiyaki As Replacement

Kaduna State governor, Senator Uba Sani has relieved Prof. Muhammad Sani Bello of his position as Commissioner of Information and a member of the State Executive Council.

Governor Sani, in a statement on Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Ibraheem Musa, also appointed Ahmed Maiyaki, the managing director of Kaduna State Media Corporation to replace Prof Bello.

While wishing the former commissioner success in his future endeavours, the Governor acknowledged his services as the pioneer Commissioner of Education and later that of Information, under his administration.
