Kano Commissioner Tasks Workers On Sacrifice

Kano State commissioner for information and internal affairs, Baba Halilu Dantiye has charged staff of the ministry to be punctual and adhere to the civil service rules and regulations.

The commissioner gave the charge during a maiden meeting with management staff of the ministry in his office.

Dantiye tasked them to be diligent and alive to their duties in order to attain target objectives  of the state government.

He said the present admiration under the leadership of Governor Abba Kabir Yusif would not tolerate any act of absenteeism and lateness to duty.

He also reaffirmed the commitment of the present administration in the state to ensure the promotion of staff welfare to enhance productivity

Inspecting the various departments and units of the ministry, the commissioner urged the staff to always maintain a clean environment and adhere to proper sanitary regulations.

The commissioner, who was conducted round  by the permanent secretary of the ministry, Alhaji Sani Bashir Yola, assessed the offices and places that need to be rehabilitated by the state government to ensure an enabling working environment.
