Senior special assistant to the Kebbi State governor on new media and publicity, Hon Zayyanu Abubakar Gulumbe, has been presented with an award as the best youths’ mobiliser for the success of the 2023 general elections in the state.
Speaking with journalists at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi, Gulumbe said he received the award from the APC Presidential Campaign Council, 2023 Northwest Youths Mobilisation, at a ceremony held in Abuja.
According to him, the council has found him as the best youths’ mobiliser of supporters for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris in the 2023 elections in Kebbi State.
He said many dignitaries from the APC Northwest zone attended the ceremony and described him as a distinguished mobiliser that assisted in winning the elections.
Some APC Stalwart from the northwest zone who spoke shortly after the event called on other youths who are holding a political appointment to emulate the awardee, Hon Gulumbe towards the winning by APC candidates in the 2027 elections across the state.
