Kebbi Hisbah Arrests 12 Boys, Girls In Brothel

 Members of Hisbah Committee in Kebbi State have arrested 12 young boys and girls committing various illicit affairs in a hotel in Birnin Kebbi metropolis.

The commandant of the committee in the state, Ustaz Suleiman Muhammad who briefed journalists yesterday in Birnin Kebbi, capital of Kebbi State has identified the culprits as eight boys and four girls and all of them have confessed to their crimes.

He said the committee warned the owners of the hotel against accommodating underage customers or young boys and girls and also warned the culprits against going outing without the consent of their parents.

The commandant warned parents of the culprits to always keep vigil over their children and wards to know their whereabouts at any given time.

The committee, according to him, has since reunited the arrested children with their parents after they signed undertaking not to commit similar offence in future.
