The special adviser to the governor on political matters and energy, Alhaji Kabiru Sani-Giant, gave the warning yesterday in an interview with newsmen at his residence in Birnin Kebbi, capital of Kebbi State.

According to Sani-Giant, the state government was doing everything possible to improve the welfare of its people, hence the need for the people to complement the gesture.

He alleged that the former special adviser on power to the past administration, Yusuf Haruna Rasheed was trying to sabotage the present administration’s efforts in providing social amenities particularly lights to its citizenry.

He also accused the ex-adviser of conniving with KAEDCO officials in the state to disconnect electricity in some government organisations such as Presidential Lodge, Dukku water supply plant and the state water board.
