Nigerian artiste, entrepreneur, and entertainment executive Michael Oyibo , popularly known as Kaycee Kline, is set to host the fourth edition of the highly anticipated Kings Concert on October 11 in Abuja.

The multifaceted entertainer, who also serves as the Director of Entertainment at Blake Resort and Deputy Governor of Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN) (FCT Chapter), revealed this during a courtesy visit to former PMAN Governor FCT-Chapter , Solomon Nda-Isaiah, at his office in Abuja.

He said, “This event also marks my birthday, but beyond celebration, it’s a platform to honour key figures who have contributed immensely to the growth of the entertainment industry in Nigeria.”

This year’s concert promises premium entertainment, blending performances from emerging talents, A-list Abuja-based artistes, and Nigerian music legends, two of whom will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards during the event.

“The concert is designed to relieve stress and create a blissful, feel-good environment ,it’s not just music; it’s an experience. We want people to come, relax, enjoy quality entertainment, and celebrate the cculture.”Kaycee Kline stated.

Speaking on the challenges in the Nigerian entertainment industry, The cost of promoting music today is overwhelming. From production to mastering, video shoots, and distribution, you can spend up to $45,000 just to get your work noticed. Even social media promotion is expensive these days,” he lamented.

He eemphasised that finance remains the biggest hurdle for artists, especially the upcoming ones trying to break into the mainstream.
