Kwara Governor Appoints GMs For State Radio, TV, Newspaper

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has approved the reappointments of Mr Kayode Aremu and Mr Yomi Adeboye as general managers of Radio Kwara and The Herald newspapers respectively.

The governor also approved the appointment of Alhaji Ayobami Akanbi, a retired director in the state Ministry of Communication as the new general manager of the Kwara Television Service.

AbdulRazaq also approved the appointment of Alhaji Ibrahim Danmaigoro  as senior special assistant on religion (Islam) and Mr Timothy Akangbe as senior special assistant on religion (Christianity).

Both men acted in the same roles as special assistants until May 29, 2023 when the dispensation wound down.
