Lagos Real Estate Firm Empowers Realtors With 17% Partnership Incentives

Ace Real Estate Development Limited, one of the fast-rising real estate firms in Lagos State with a mission to provide Nigerians with worthwhile real estate investment, has feted partner-realtors with an increased 17 per cent incentives.

At a business breakfast meeting held recently in Lagos, Ayobami Akindipe, Chief Executive Officer, Ace Real Estate, announced to the over 200 realtors that the firm had finalised plans to review their partnership incentives upwards to 17 per cent in order to motivate the realtors positively.

According to Ayobami, “we are starting off the year 2024 on a high note by prioritizing our hardworking realtors who will now receive nothing less than 17 percent from all closed sales deals with Ace Real Estate. We are proud of your contribution to our company in the past year, while we look forward to a more rewarding partnership ahead.

“In order to solidify our partnership, this breakfast meeting also serves the opportunity to share all our 2024 project plans with you as well as receive valuable feedback from your interface with our existing and potential clients,” Ayobami explained to the realtors.

The realtors spoke glowingly about Ace Real Estate, citing various reasons why the company attracted many of them as partners for providing valuable interface with clients.

Hezekiah Ojetunde, one of the realtors present at the breakfast meeting said, “Ace has been very consistent with providing transparent services that are verifiable in terms of genuineness of their properties, documentation, allocation of properties while giving adequate sales training and incentives to realtors.”

For Kaothar Afolabi-Olaniyan, another realtor, described Ace Real Estate “as very reliable and value driven company that is always prioritizing the interest of the clients and realtors.”
