In a statement signed on behalf of the family, Capt. Caleb Danladi Bako conveyed their heartfelt gratitude, acknowledging the kindness and generosity shown during their time of grief.

“Your kindness and generosity during this difficult time meant so much to us. Your prayers lifted our spirits, your support lightened our burdens, and your visits provided us with great comfort,” he said.

He added that the overwhelming love and care extended to the family had made the painful loss more bearable.

“Words cannot fully convey how much we appreciate each and every one of you for standing with us. May God bless you abundantly and reward you for your kindness,” the statement said.
