The Kwara State House of Assembly member- elect for Afon constituency, Alh Yinusa Bello- Oniboki, has praised President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for facilitating the Federal Executive Council’s approval of the reconstruction of Eiyenkorin- Afon- Offa- Osun State boundary road.
The lawmaker- elect made the commendation while reacting, to the last week’s FEC approval of the reconstruction of four major roads in Kwara State.
Bello- Oniboki in a statement on behalf of his constituents noted with delight that the reconstruction of the road would not only facilitate movement of agricultural produce , but ensure accelerated socio- economic transformation of Afon constituency.
He equally praised both the federal and Kwara State governments for the establishment of Federal Neurophycratic Hospital in Budo Egba, on going construction of Afon- Aboto- Oyo State boundary road and Asphalt overlay of Afon township roads.
He, however, appealed to President Buhari to assent to the Bill seeking to establish Federal College of Education in Afon.
