LG Electronics has unveiled its latest artificial intelligence-powered home solutions in Nigeria, outlining plans to expand access to innovative living technologies for households and businesses.
The company presented the innovations at the Mega HORECA 2026 exhibition in Nigeria, bringing to West Africa a range of products first introduced at LG InnoFest 2026 MEA in Abu Dhabi.
At the exhibition, visitors, hospitality stakeholders, and business partners interacted with LG’s innovative system, including intelligent refrigerators with adaptive cooling, AI-enabled laundry systems, smart cooking solutions, and advanced air-conditioning units designed for residential and commercial use.
During InnoFest 2026 in Abu Dhabi, LG introduced a portfolio of AI-driven appliances tailored for the Middle East and Africa region. The lineup featured laundry innovations such as the LG SIGNATURE WashCombo and an expanded WashTower range, as well as kitchen solutions including the InstaView French Door refrigerator equipped with AI Fresh technology.
In Lagos, the company demonstrated the practical applications of the technologies, showing how smart appliances can enhance efficiency and convenience in homes and professional settings. Among the highlights was LG’s dehumidifier, designed to reduce indoor moisture, improve air quality, and operate quietly for extended periods.
President of LG West Africa Subsidiary, Hyoung Sub Ji, said the company remains focused on delivering user-centric and locally optimised solutions.
“LG is committed to delivering solutions that make everyday life more convenient for customers across the Middle East and Africa. Through continuous innovation and meaningful partnerships, we aim to create lasting value and shared growth in this dynamic region,” he said.
