LivingTrust Bank Records N232m Profit

LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc recorded a Profit After Tax of N232 million for the period ending March 31.

This marks a 0.71 per cent rise from the N230 million profit recorded in the first quarter of 2024.
The bank made this announcement in a corporate disclosure filed with the Nigerian Exchange Ltd. on Wednesday.

Gross earnings increased by 42.70 per cent, rising from N861 million in Q1 2024 to N1.23 billion in Q1 2025.

Other operating income also surged by 124.96 per cent, reaching N374.15 million from the previous N166.32 million.

Earnings per share grew slightly from N4.61 to N4.64 during the reporting period.
