London Derby: I’ll Be Ready, Rice Dares Chelsea’s Caicedo

Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice has sent a message to Chelsea’s Moisés Caicedo ahead of both sides’ Premier League clash on Sunday.

The England international stated he will be ready to face Caicedo in a midfield battle when Chelsea hosts Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

Rice spoke after Arsenal beat Bayern Munich 3–1 in the Champions League on Wednesday. The 26-year-old also revealed that he voted for the Ecuadorian international in his PFA Team of the Year.

“I voted for Moisés Caicedo in my PFA Team of the Year,” Rice told CBS Sports.

“It’s going to be an exciting battle between me and Caicedo. I will be ready.

“I have a lot of respect for Moisés. There is so much comparison between us, but we play in different positions.”

The kick-off time for Chelsea vs Arsenal is 5:30 p.m. Nigerian time.
