Makarfi, Shehu Sani, Condole El-Rufai Over Mother’s Death

Former Kaduna State governor, Ahmed Makarfi, and Senator Shehu Sani, have condoled ex-Governor Nasir el-Rufai over his mother’s death, praying for her soul to rest in peace.

Makarfi, a leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State, who stated this on his verified Facebook page described her death as a profound loss.

“I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of H.E Nasir El-rufai over the passing of his mother. Her death is a profound loss to all who knew her.

May Allah (SWT) forgive her shortcomings, illuminate her grave, and grant her Aljannatul Firdaus” Makarfi said.

Also, former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, condoled with former Governor el-Rufai, describing the passing as a profound loss not only to the el-Rufai family but also to Kaduna State and the nation at large.

He paid a glowing tribute to the deceased, commending her life of service, community leadership, and the enduring legacy of her motherly care and guidance.

“Her death is a great loss to Kaduna State and the nation at large. We appreciate her life, community leadership, and motherly love,” he said.

Sani also prayed for the repose of her soul, asking Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljannatul Firdaus.

He further prayed for strength and comfort for El-Rufai and his family in this moment of grief.

“May Allah console the heart of our former Governor and his family members,” Shehu Sani added.
