Hence, the right personnel like instrumentalists and backup vocals need to be in place for multiple rehearsals and when they have a show or an event, they will exhibit their performing skills at the event.
As we all know, live music performance evokes memories of the time past and creates a more intimate or fulfilled atmosphere which helps make the event the one to remember amongst many others.
Live performance adds class and elegance to an event as the musician can interact with the audience and keep them spellbound to such events due to their music, instruments, or dance performance which might be what the guest will remember for a long time.
The band leader must be someone with human management skills to assemble a team of dedicated instrumentalists and backup vocals, while also being able to have the business acumen if they could not afford to get a manager being able to multitask to make a success of the band.

It is a profitable path to earn a legitimate source of living. For a musical band that rents musical instruments and will pay for logistics, the charge is deducted first from the charge that the clients pay.
Mr. Oni revealed that, some musical band charge as much as N5 million to N10milliom while an upcoming band whose yet to hit that limelight can make over N200,000 or more in a month as long as they are good and are ready to grow.
