The Managing Director and CEO of Estate Hill Africa, Mr. Melvin Akachi at a press briefing over the weekend, underscored the importance of investing in real estate as a means to ensure financial security and stability for the next generation.

Akachi highlighted the critical role that property ownership plays in building a lasting legacy for children. “As we commemorate Children’s Day, it is essential for parents to consider the long-term benefits of property investment. Securing a home or land for your children today is one of the best ways to provide for their future, ensuring they have a solid foundation to build upon.”

He explained that Estate Hill Africa boasts a diverse portfolio of prime properties across various strategic locations in Abuja, including Katampe Extension, Lugbe Opposite Dunamis, Lugbe behind Aco, Lokogoma, and Kaura District behind Games Village.

According to him, “These locations are selected for their potential to offer significant returns on investment, coupled with the promise of a serene and conducive environment for raising families.
